Terms of use for the Federal Ministry for the Environment's media library

Information graphics and photo galleries of events, the executive staff and offices.

1. Image files available for download are available free of charge for editorial purposes in online and printed publications. Image files that are not explicitly available for download must not be used.
2. The use of images is only permitted for editorial purposes, reporting on the Federal Ministry for the Environment and its spheres of action or responsibility.
3. The use of images for commercial advertising, product-related leaflets, campaigns, political events or on placards or posters is not permitted. The sale of images is prohibited.
4. The reproduction of images in misleading contexts is prohibited.
5. All images are protected by copyright. Misrepresentation of any kind is prohibited.
6. The specified copyright information must be used for all images. The copyright information indicates the Federal Ministry for the Environment photographer or the photographer appointed by the Federal Ministry for the Environment.
7. The images must be deleted after use and may not be saved for archiving purposes.
8. The Federal Ministry for the Environment, Climate Action, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety reserves the right to take legal action in cases of suspected misuse.
9. For every publication in print, a specimen copy must be sent, free of charge, to Division ÖA Public Relations (Referat Öffentlichkeitsarbeit) at the address below. For online publications, a precise link must be sent to the email address given below.
