On the grounds of Article 4 of the Ordinance to Amend Provisions in the Law of Waste pertaining to the Disposal of Waste Oil of 16 April 2002 (BGBl. [Federal Law Gazette, Bundesgesetzblatt] I, page 1360), the text of the Waste Oil Ordinance is promulgated hereinafter in the version applicable as of 1 May 2002.
